We stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hawthorne/LAX from Thursday through Monday and had a wonderful vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Any request we had was handled quickly. We asked for extra towels, and they were delivered to our room within five minutes, which we really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was consistently fresh and delicious each morning. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the coffee was excellent, and it was the perfect way to start our day. We also spent time at the pool, which was clean and well maintained. The pool towels were regularly restocked by a friendly staff member, making the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered food from the hotel during our stay, and it exceeded our expectations. Our son ordered the hamburger, and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The location was another highlight. It was conveniently located for exploring Southern California, with easy access to Santa Monica, the Griffith Observatory, and Disneyland. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. We highly recommend TownePlace Suites to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations, great service, and a convenient location.

Thanks so much for making our stay memorable and for the amazing hospitality! The hotel was modern, close to the airport? And I loved the full kitchenette! Loved this hotel! Great location if you want to see everything LA has to offer, such as Beverly Hills/Hollywood, beaches, and Disneyland (to fully appreciate LA, you’re going to have to drive), very close to the airport, great customer service from Jordan, Amanda, and another sweet lady who helped me locate my lost glasses. The hotel is in a quiet and safe part of town, and near the police station, a fire department, and city hall. Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was delicious, as well. No complaints here from this Texas gal! Thank y’all for a great stay, TownePlace & Suites LA/LAX/Hawthorne!

I stayed one night while in the area on business. This Towneplace Suites is connected to the Courtyard so there is a small bar available to guests. The front desk staff was friendly. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable with several different pillow options. The room was quiet. Breakfast was included and fine. Overall, no complaints. I’ll be back.

My family of two teen boys and newborn baby girl were displaced due to the fires near Calabasas and stayed one week with the property. From check in we were greeted with compassion and consideration for our safety and assured that while in their care we would find peace in the midst of a volatile situation. Patrick was gracious enough to assist in check in with a young woman whose name started with an “N” ( sorry love I have scatter brain ughhh). Our suite concierge Karen went above and beyond with ensuring our suite was clean and when she saw I was exhausted from the ordeal she washed my baby’s bottles for me and provided me with an extra small basin to bathe her. My youngest son needed to use the computer for school and when the public library on the same compound was unreasonable and refused to provide quality service, Luis stepped up to the challenge and assisted in both the use of the lobby computer but also helped my oldest and I submit the documentation for our FEMA application and for that I was truly grateful. Lastly, when I did have an issue with another guest in the building not following the posted rules in the suites, Dior was ready to relocate our room and provide extra support for our stay. From the bottom of my heart and stomach (man I’m going to miss that crustless quiche and oatmeal bar lol) Thank you all for making our stay and giving us a sense of normalcy during the anxiety of these wildfires.
