I would never stay there again I had bedbugs in my room I had to throw all my clothes and they said they were gonna reimburse me for the new clothes that I bought and they never did the sheets were the same ones never changed really bad experience

I didnt book a stay, but was delivering to a customer that used a laundry service. The staff are amazing, and super attentive to whoever stops by. Shout out to Lorena who helped me out and provided water as I waited for the guest. Thanks again!

Stayed here over Christmas 2025 and into the New Year. It is a nice hotel and very clean. The outdoor swimming pool is decent and the outdoor jacuzzi was a real highlight. One thing to keep in mind is that the immediate area outside the hotel does not have many good places to eat. You will definitely need a car because there are much better options just a mile or two down the road. The breakfast experience was a bit unusual. I have never stayed anywhere else where so many guests come down to eat in their pyjamas, which I found a bit odd. I also noticed quite a few people playing music or watching videos on their mobile phones without headphones while eating. Overall it was a good stay, but be prepared for a very casual and slightly noisy atmosphere at breakfast.

Rooms were nice but the floor made some noise. While the location was okay, I enjoyed the free breakfast they offer although room service took some time.

Overall good service, decent breakfast, and great location. I complained about someone smoking near the room, and the front desk immediately switched the room for me. Their mini kitchen with a decent sized fridge & freezer is very useful. Would love to come back when there's an opportunity.

Great location if attending event at LA convention center and nearby venues. Kitchen, gym, pool, Laundry.

Nice hotel near LAX in reasonably safe area. This hotel feels relatively new and is well maintained. The staff was friendly enough and plenty efficient. They have a clean and comfortable space for breakfast. The room was nice. Nothing special, but it was clean and comfortable. It is located in the hear of the area that surrounds LAX. There are a number of large military contractors in the area. We stayed for a night to have fast and easy access to SOFI for a football game. I would not call this a vacation hotel. We would return without hesitation.

Nice hotel

If you're looking for a place to make like home while you're not... this is the place. Not familiar with the area but right across the street from city hall and the police department so it feels safe. Lots of places to eat within a 3-5 minute drive. Outdoor pool and hot tub have a nice ambiance and suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. Housekeeping is thorough and the rooms look and smell clean. You have to pay for parking but there are a lot of easily accesible spaces until really late, and then it might be on the opposite side (but still close-by entry to building). Overall, day 4 of our 9 night stay is going just amazingly!!

Me and my husband were in town for about five days , never been to California. This place had 50/50 reviews but overall we give it 10/10 ! Great staff , great breakfast & overall close to everything we wanted to see ! Thanks for such a great stay 😊
