Our stay at the hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. A highlight of our visit was meeting Tray at the front desk — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His positive energy and warm smile truly made our experience memorable. Thank you, Trayvon, for making our stay even better

Tray at the front desk was fantastic! Friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—great first impression of the hotel. Also saw him help the people checking in before to the Courtyard next-door and helped cary up all their heavy bags!

Honestly this was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in in a while. Jordan L was absolutely amazing, she really made us feel extremely welcome and gave us all the information we needed and more. Great stay!!

wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, particularly Tray and Lorena, were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Great customer service from both Lorena and tray!

The hotel was clean. Located close to LAX. Close to the highway if you need to get to other parts of LA. Staff was friendly. Located close to shopping and dining. Cons were breakfast was basic. Nothing fancy. Only good thing was fresh bake waffles. Everything else was microwaved. We used out kitchen most days to cook out own breakfast. Other con was noise from the highway. Easy check in and check out. Beware of extra charges.

The hotel is modern and new, the rooms are spacious, and the staff provides excellent service. We had a problem with the room cleaning, but they resolved it without any issues! I would definitely return!

I wanted to take a minute to recognize the outstanding staff and service at Townplace Suites. A special shout out to Trey! Thanks so much for making our stay memorable and for the amazing hospitality! The hotel was modern, close to the airport? And I loved the full kitchenette! We look forward to visiting again soon and highly recommend to others!

Very nice property close to lax but very safe area. The pool area is great and the bar with Manny is a plus

Loved this hotel! Great location if you want to see everything LA has to offer, such as Beverly Hills/Hollywood, beaches, and Disneyland (to fully appreciate LA, you’re going to have to drive), very close to the airport, great customer service from Jordan, Amanda, and another sweet lady who helped me locate my lost glasses. The hotel is in a quiet and safe part of town, and near the police station, a fire department, and city hall. Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was delicious, as well. No complaints here from this Texas gal! Thank y’all for a great stay, TownePlace & Suites LA/LAX/Hawthorne!

Rooms were nice. But for real, Trayvon at the front desk was a real one. Very accommodating. Very helpful. 💯
