Bar and small café were great to have a snack and a drink 🍸

I lived there for three months and it was like being at home, beautiful and everything was tidy.

Stayed with a friend for a few nights for the Beyonce concert, and the hotel was exactly what we needed. And what really made my stay was Trayvon’s patience, empathy and commitment to ensuring that we had everything we needed for the stay. I can’t say thank you enough!!! While I do think the room’s bathroom could use some more tlc (shower door and, blowdryer situations) — the room itself is spacious and stocked. I stayed one night while in the area on business. This Towneplace Suites is connected to the Courtyard so there is a small bar available to guests. The front desk staff was friendly. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable with several different pillow options. The room was quiet. Breakfast was included and fine. Overall, no complaints. I’ll be back.

Great hotel nice quiet atmosphere

Thank you Kendall from the bottom of my heart. I was in a lot of trouble because of a serious problem with my rented car during my trip, but the hotel staff Kendall did my best to help me finish the rest of the trip well. He was the best employee, and I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have a chance. Thank you!

I am in the LA area every other week. I tried several hotels before this one. I think I have found my commuting hotel. Staff is great, rooms are clean and don't stink, gym is nice and it seems to be in a good location. Therebis a bar/bistro that isbopen until 10 and a pizza place connected to the facility. The only downfall is that it is close to LAX and you can hear it, if you bring ear plugs, you will be ok.

My family of two teen boys and newborn baby girl were displaced due to the fires near Calabasas and stayed one week with the property. From check in we were greeted with compassion and consideration for our safety and assured that while in their care we would find peace in the midst of a volatile situation. Patrick was gracious enough to assist in check in with a young woman whose name started with an “N” ( sorry love I have scatter brain ughhh). Our suite concierge Karen went above and beyond with ensuring our suite was clean and when she saw I was exhausted from the ordeal she washed my baby’s bottles for me and provided me with an extra small basin to bathe her. My youngest son needed to use the computer for school and when the public library on the same compound was unreasonable and refused to provide quality service, Luis stepped up to the challenge and assisted in both the use of the lobby computer but also helped my oldest and I submit the documentation for our FEMA application and for that I was truly grateful. Lastly, when I did have an issue with another guest in the building not following the posted rules in the suites, Dior was ready to relocate our room and provide extra support for our stay. From the bottom of my heart and stomach (man I’m going to miss that crustless quiche and oatmeal bar lol) Thank you all for making our stay and giving us a sense of normalcy during the anxiety of these wildfires.
